Q. How can I check the status of my order?

A. Click the Check Order Status button in the menu on the left side of the screen for quick and easy access to your order history and tracking information. You will need the Order Number (this assigned at the time you placed your order).


Q. How are shipping times calculated? I chose ´Next Day Air´ for my order, but it has not been delivered yet.

A. Items are shipped as soon as they become available via the shipping method you choose.


Q. Are your courses NATE approved?

A. Yes, most are. Almost all of our training courses are approved by NATE for CEU credits. To qualify for the CEU credit a participant must already be NATE certified and complete the required forms at the training event. The amount of credit varies depending on the course length and content.  


Q. In what states are your courses approved for CEU credits?

A. We are very proud that almost all of our training programs are approved by several states for CEU credit. Among them are: Texas, Florida, Alabama, Washington, and North Carolina. Contact your local distributor for more information.


Q. What is your return policy?

A. The Training Network gladly accepts returns on unopened Time-Out (Targeted Training) and Top Technician Training Materials under the following conditions.

  • Class materials retuned unopened within 30-days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    • Credit allowed for unopened kits as evidenced by unbroken original shrink wrap and serial number not attributed to a student

  • No returns are accepted after 30 days

  • All materials not associated with a recognized Training Network class are non-returnable.

    • Class material is material ordered for a specific Top Technician or Time-Out class scheduled with the Training Network

  • Special sale items are not eligible for refund

  • A copy of the packing slip, must accompany all returns

Q. I don’t have an account with The Training Network, do I need one?

A. Our website is configured to allow credit card purchases without logging on or having a formal account. However, to utilize purchase orders, a previously established account with Rheem Manufacturing/Air Conditioning Division is required.


Q. I am a Rheem/Ruud distributor and can not log into the system. How do I get help?

A. Rheem/Ruud distributors should contact The Training Network at 479-648-6196 for assistance.
